What is your shipping policy?

All of my pieces are handmade to order. This is not fast fashion I personally take care with every order to make sure each piece is made with attention to detail. I’m sure you will appreciate this upon receiving your jewellery so please allow up to a week for Australia and 2-3 weeks international depending on your location.

How do i care for my jewellery?

Sterling silver will last forever if taken care of. To keep it looking shiny the best place to keep it once taken off is in a jewellery box in a dry area.It can be worn in the shower or beach but expect that over time it may appear dull. Make sure jewellery is taken off when in a chlorine pool or spa this will cause a chemical reaction which will turn your silver black and will need a professional re-pollish to get it back to its original state.

With the jewellery that has copper in the design the copper does naturally oxyidise over time but I have sealed the copper to avoid this from happening. If your not a fan of the oxidised copper look and prefer to have your copper looking shiny, do not wear the copper in the shower or swimming and keep it in a jewellery box when not wearing.

Precious stones

Please note that all of the precious stones used in my jewellery are naturally formed therefore every stone is different. Turquoise especially, has unique markings on each stone so please be aware of this when purchasing, the precious stone will not be identical to the one in the image.
